Printing Zone Labels from Label Printer


To be able to print zone labels through the label printer, please follow these steps and use the screenshot for guidance:

  1. Choose your prefix and number of labels you need, then click generate
  2. This will populate the blank box below
  3. Next select your label printer from the drop down box underneath (Usually the SA4 option)
  4. The remaining settings (Print speed, printer heat, LPT/COM port) you can ascertain from the printing stock labels screen
  5. Normally you can leave the printer speed, set the printer heat to +10 and most centres run on LPT3
  6. Once you are happy with the settings, click print, and align labels before printing
And that's it! Your zone labels should now print
