Factory Reset Toshiba Label Printer

Please follow the below steps to factory reset the label printer in the event settings have been changed accidentally or the printer is not working correctly

Power the label printer off 
Hold down the left and right button whilst switching it on  
Press the left button to scroll through menu until it says ram clear 
Press right button to select 
No Ram Clear will display  
Press the middle button until you see Parameter Reset  
Press the right button to select 
Then press the right button a second time to confirm
Printer will then reset 
Test print some labels
