Label Printer Settings for Toshiba SA4

Please see below the correct settings of the SA4 Toshiba Label printer.

Firstly make sure the correct label printer is selected TEC452/SA4

The labels should be selected as the ones highlighted below (2 across (37 by 24mm, 3mm gap))

Also ensure the printer speed is set to 4"/sec and the Print Density is set to +10

The COM Port will depend on what the PC has assigned for the label printer, to check go to start and type in Device Manager. Once here locate Ports (COM & LPT) and expand the list by clicking the arrow to the left of the text. Under here you should see PCI express Parallel Port with a port assigned, in the below example this is LPT3

Some label printers may also be connected to the network now. If you are unsure on what IP address the label printer is connected to, please email itsupport@bluediamond.gg who will be able to assist. If it is connected to the network however, you may be able to find the settings on another PC that uses the same label printer

Lastly check the sensors are aligned in the label printer. Please see below the picture of how the sensors should be aligned
