Clear RAM on Toshiba Label Printer

Please follow the below steps to clear the RAM on a Toshiba label printer

Power the label printer off 
Hold down the left and right button whilst switching it on  
Press the left button to scroll through menu until it says ram clear 
Press right button to select 
No Ram Clear will display 
Press the right button again to confirm 
Power off the label printer again and turn back on 
Test print some labels
