Footfall Counter Automatic Doors Interference Fix

  1. You need to go into the main setup of the unit. Not sure if you’ve done this before, but instead of going to <ip_address>/safecount just go to <ip_address>
  2. Login with the username: admin and password: installer
  3. Click the ‘Settings’ tab
  4. Click the ‘Counting’ tab
  5. The main counting field of view will be shown. Be careful what you change here…
  6. Near the top right are six buttons. Click the 2nd button:

  1. The Devices window will open. Click the yellow edit icon:

  1. The Main settings for your device will open showing the height and other info. Scroll down in the window and click the ‘Advanced’ option and change to ‘Reduced Frame Rate’:

  1. Then Click ‘Save Device’. You can now close the tab.
