📧 How to Add Microsoft 365 Work Email to an iPhone

✅ Requirements:

  • Your Microsoft 365 email address and password

  • Internet connection

  • iPhone running iOS 14 or later (steps are similar for older versions)

🔧 Method 1: Add Email via iPhone Settings (Recommended)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.

  2. Scroll down and tap Mail.

  3. Tap Accounts.

  4. Tap Add Account.

  5. Select Microsoft Exchange.

  6. Enter your email address (e.g., yourname@bluediamond.gg) and a description (e.g., "Work Email").

  7. Tap Next.

  8. Tap Sign In when prompted to sign in to your Microsoft account.

  9. Enter your Microsoft 365 password.

  10. If prompted, complete multi-factor authentication (MFA).

  11. Choose what you want to sync:

    • Mail

    • Contacts

    • Calendars

    • Reminders

    • Notes

  12. Tap Save.

📱 Alternative: Use Microsoft Outlook App

If you prefer the Outlook app for mobile:

  1. Download Microsoft Outlook from the App Store.

  2. Open the app and tap Add Account.

  3. Enter your work email and follow the prompts.

  4. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 password and MFA if required.
