đź“§ How to Add Microsoft 365 Work Email to an Android Device

âś… Requirements:

  • Your Microsoft 365 email address and password

  • Internet connection

  • Android phone (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.)

  • Optional: Microsoft Authenticator app (for MFA)


đź”§ Method 1: Add Email via Android Settings (Using Gmail App)

Note: Steps may vary slightly depending on your Android device and OS version.

  1. Open Settings on your Android phone.

  2. Tap Accounts or Accounts and backup.

  3. Tap Add account.

  4. Select Microsoft Exchange or Exchange/Outlook.

  5. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address (e.g., firstname.lastname@bluediamond.gg), then tap Next.

  6. Enter your Microsoft 365 password.

  7. If prompted, sign in through your organization’s Microsoft login portal.

  8. Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) if required.

  9. Accept permissions and any security prompts (e.g., allowing remote device management).

  10. Choose what you want to sync:

    • Email

    • Contacts

    • Calendar

  11. Tap Done.

Once complete, your work email will be available in the Gmail app (under the “Exchange” section).

📱 Alternative: Use the Microsoft Outlook App

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Search for and install Microsoft Outlook.

  3. Open Outlook and tap Add Account.

  4. Enter your Microsoft 365 work email, then tap Continue.

  5. Enter your password and sign in.

  6. Complete MFA if prompted.

  7. Choose your notification and sync settings.

  8. Tap Skip or Add Another Account, if needed.
