Go to the Datalogic folder on the desktop of the HHT, then Datalogic settings

In here go to scanner and decoder and you should see scanner options

Check that enable aim and illumination are toggled to on. If they are already toggle them on and off to see if this helps

Then close down all apps and re open Vector and test
