You need to go in to the control panel on the HHT > Reader Config > Menu at the top right > Reset to factory defaults > Once reset you need to go to 1D symbologies > Find EAN-13 in the list and press the 3 dots on the right > Change bookland ISBN-10 to bookland ISBN-13
