Cipherlab HHT Repair Procedure
Have you got a broken Cipherlab? Fear not, follow the guide below on the correct procedure to have this repaired
In the first instance please contact the IT Team to notify us of the reason for the repair and to make us aware of the broken HHT. This can be done via our helpdesk by logging a ticket or emailing

Next contact CSY on 0115 911 2519 or email helpdesk@csy.co.uk to make them aware you are sending one back
Please then package the HHT with a note describing the fault and send to the following address:
FAO: Sam/Dave Cooper
CSY House
9-10 Chase Park
Nottingham
NG2 4GT
Please make sure to package the HHT well with bubble wrap etc. You will be kept informed of what is happening with the HHT during repair and when it will be returned
