If you have a handset that is in need of repair, you must send this direct to Casio.
Make sure you have logged a ticket beforehand.

To send the hand held device directly to Casio you will need to complete the “Casio Service Request Form”. You can complete and print your form using this link:

When filling in the form please make sure you use lee.brocklehurst@bluediamond.gg & Ashley.legg@bluediamond.gg as the email address so we can keep track of the repair,
Please fill in as much information as possible and include a brief description of the issues with the device.
Once you have filled in the form and printed it off put the form inside the packaging with the device then send the product to:

Due to the possibility of damage during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product that you package it securely and send it via an insured postal service, in order to trace your item.
We can usually repair most products within 7-10 working days*,
subject to the availability of parts and the condition of the product.
